HOTEL REGULATION

- Please show valid indentification card or passport with valid entry and exit visa at Reception Desk upon check-in.

- Do not smoking in room and non-smoking area

- No visitors are allowed in guest rooms. Please receive guests at the lobby or restaurant.

- Sharing or changing a room without informing Reception Desk is not permitted.

- Animals and pets are not allowed in the Hotel.

- Do not bring weapons, explosives and inflammable items, toxic and irritant into the Hotel.

Acts contrary to government regulations such as gambling, prostitution, drugs are not accepted at the Hotel in any forms.

- Do not bring foods or fruits with strong smell (durian, mangosteen) to the Hotel. Bellman will keep in store.

- Cooking is not allowed the guest room.

- Any broken, damaged items or equipment in guest room caused by youself. Please compensation under the provisions of the Hotel.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

- Check in time is after 14h00.

- Check out is before 12h00 noon.

- Should you require an extension, please contact Reception at extension 0. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

- A day of the Hotel from 14:00 to 12:00 the following day.

- The early check in (before 14:00) and late check-out (after 12:00 noon) will be charged extra fees according to Hotel.

PAYMENT

- The following credit cards are welcome: VISA, MASTER.

- Room rates are in Vietnam Dong (VND), inclusived of VAT and service charge.

- If you wish to obtain VAT invoices, please provide informations to the cashier at the reception desk before check out
